求助，关于UCL Pre-Sessional course申请费支付的问题

因为雅思分数不够，我申请了UCL的Pre-Sessional course，并在UCL的online store付了50英镑的申请费，周六晚上（3月29）晚上付的，到现在只收到两封online store确认收到钱的邮件，但语言中心没有任何的确认邮件发给我，发了邮件去问也没有回音。想问一下这里有没有哪位同学也是通过online store 支付申请费的，这种情况正常吗？我现在都快急死了，怕申请费浪费了，更怕因为这样导致迟迟收不到offer耽误签证啊！]
