也问 ALSP 工作三年的要求

本人今晚收到了 TU/e ALSP 奖，之前没有太注意 ALSP 的要求，今天仔细读了一下 scholarship contract。和 https://bbs.gter.net/thread-1698584-1-1.html 的楼主有一样的困惑，就是关于“The student is obliged to stay in the Netherlands to work for three years after the end of the program”一条。

https://bbs.gter.net/thread-1698584-1-1.html 里面 desperatecat 提到，“3年工作并不是必须 甚至可以说近两年95%的alsp获得者都无法获得这个工作直签的机会 原因很多 不一一列举 你们过来了就明白”，但是按 contract 的意思，就是不管怎样都得在荷兰工作三年吧……？“不是必须”是不是说不是必须去赞助的公司工作三年？

因为窝是打算读个硕后再看看具体怎么发展，可能读 PhD 也可能回国工作，所以如果是必须在荷兰待三年的话……就得弃掉 ALSP 了。。

我觉得你参考的那个帖子链接上说的很清楚明白了呀，不会强制你三年工作的，让公司看中并没有那么简单哦~

但人家写的就是“The student is obliged to stay in the Netherlands to work for three years after the end of the program.”要怎么解释。。

我的理解是，如果没有赞助公司看中的话，它就要求你在荷兰找别的工作，反正得在荷兰工作三年……

。。。有公司要你~~你就去那个公司服务三年~~没有公司要你的话就无所谓的~~
而且基本拿不到企业赞助的~~很难的。。。基本不要想~~

那我还是很纠结“The student is obliged to stay in the Netherlands to work for three years after the end of the program.”怎么理解……“obliged”不是必须么……而且这个条款也没加什么条件之类的……

太傻有个帖子  你去找一找看看   

好像是和很多公司面谈  看看有不有谈得来的 运气好说不定把你录了就可以工作3年了

没有找到太傻上的帖子哎。倒是有说 ALSP 的但是没有说工作三年的要求的。

问了一下在TUe的学长，那个Match-making event能找到公司给实习或者工作的机会蛮小的，而且这事儿是人家愿意让你去你才能去，不用那么担心。我个人倒是希望可以工作，本来读完研就是奔着工作去了。

收到小米回复如下：

3)       I have heard from a friend in TU/e that the three-year work is only required if one is selected by a company in the match-making event and thus funded by the company; those funded by TU/e are not subject to the three-year work requirement. Is this the correct way to interpret this item?

Answer: That is not correct. Please do also inform your friend about this! The requirement to work in the Netherlands for 3 years after graduation is valid for both types of scholarships: the TU/e funded scholarships and the company funded scholarships. The only difference is that with a company funded scholarship, a student will probably work for this company. For all students without a job with the company that sponsored their scholarship, the condition is that they will have to look for suitable employment in the Netherlands themselves. Of course you do not have to do this alone. TU/e will assist you in this via the TU/e Career Center (www.tue-cc.nl if you are already interested).

也就是说 match-making 里面没有找到公司的也得工作三年……

这和 copyzero2 和 desperatecat 两位版主说的不一样啊。。。

以前的 ALSP 上写的也是“obliged”么……
