argument就应该这样写(二)的帖子在 https://bbs.gter.net/thread-416323-1-1.html，我无法回帖，只要开新帖讨论。它对于题干中的第一句“Walnut Grove's town council has advocated switching from EZ Disposal (which has had the contract for trash collection services in Walnut Grove for the past ten years) to ABC Waste, because EZ recently raised its monthly fee from $2,000 to $2,500 a month, whereas ABC's fee is still $2,000.”的理解是，前半句是镇议会的决定，后半句的理由是这封信的作者所猜。这既然是完整的一句话，那么后半句显然更可能是镇议会就其决定给出的理由。这里认为后半句是这封信作者的想法是站不住脚的，如果这样假设，整篇文章走题肿么办？
