我待会问问 小秘吧，最苦恼的事情还是签证啦，我之前已经交了UK那边的学费，现在存款不够办签证~~~

Due to limited housing on campus, accommodation on campus is not guaranteed. Room allocation will depend on room availability. For general enquiries on housing, please contact Residential Services as follows:

International students who have received confirmed NUS housing will be informed of the Meet-n-Greet Services available. The information of the services will be forwarded to students by the OSA Residential Services. Enquiries may be sent to international@nus.edu.sg .

官网上说：International students (non-Singaporean/Singapore PR) are required to have the appropriate and valid passes as issued by the Immigration & Custom Authority (ICA) or Ministry of Manpower (MOM) during the course of their stay in an NUS hostel.
这意思是得等包裹到了才能申请？
