However, as for me, I would contend that it is true that honesty is a substantial merit or virtue for everyone, especially political leaders serving a government, however, at some specific condition the effective political elite should keep silent, or even tell “lies”.

To begin with, honesty undeniably is of great significance for the political elite and their government. From ancient Greek mythology to the modern Oriental civilization, honesty invariably plays a crucial, indispensable role in people's quotidian life, politicians in particular. On the one hand, because a political head is commonly representative of a government, and because honesty is one of the most essential qualities of the outstanding politicians, the public always undoubtedly convince what the leader have said and they therefore do everything that they can do to uphold their government and country. On the other hand, once separated from frankness, these leaders, regardless of sophisticated disguise, are finally destined to be overwhelmingly impeached by the majorities. Owing to employing such hypocrites, the central government accordingly incriminates itself as a result. Obviously, the whole society will be inevitably bogged down into extreme chaos or untenable swamp in that the public commence to distrust or question their government that they have ever believed greatly; the country as a whole will be generated into a state of anarchy unless the government can take positive and effective actions to end the credence crisis as soon as possible.  In brief, it proves necessary for each political head to keep candid their nature that incubated by the well-educated family to some extent.

However, not at any time a political leader must tell the truth which is closely related to the national security and social prosperity; a qualified political head should be discreet with his or her words and behavior. Generally speaking, he should keep secret information that mainly involves economic strategies, martial intelligence, and political privacy. At a summit, all the Ministers of Economics from different countries merely mention the general principle of the economic goal of their country; in a military conference, each commander surely refuses to reveal the specific manufacturing technology about some advanced weapons; during the period of election of Presidents or Senators, every candidate usually avoids talking about his or her private relationship with other candidates or rivals. As a consequence, regarding such classified materials to which may some extent lead a government to advancing others, a chief political official should conceal the truth from the public without any hesitation. As a matter of fact, it is unnecessary for the public to know these national confidential documents. Can you envision that B-2 bombing aeroplane is beneficial to a farmer who makes a beatific living by marketing milk?
When it comes to the society stabilization, it is the same; in order to stabilize the society an effective political head sometimes prevents out of the public some indecisive or dubious news involving an earthquake forecast and a nomination on laying some employees off to improve the productivity. Take the earthquake event as a good example. It is true that some "evidence" probably forebode occurring of earthquake, but, we are never warned of an earthquake in the real life. Presumably, when a pivotal official declared the news to the public, can you image what would happen? There would surely be in panic throughout the world because the declaration does mean that an expected earthquake might take place at any time or at any place. In a word, a sophisticated leader will publicize some news with some reservation, and most import is that they should absolutely avoid letting out any dubious or irresponsible information.

In conclusion, due to analyses and reasons mentioned above, I hope it has been shown that an outstanding leader should prevent a little information from the public in that it is critical at least for the two factors-state security and society stability.

Increasingly influenced by the soaring proceeding of the science and technology, the author asserts that with the increase of knowledge that we acquired, the world seems to gradually become complicated and mysterious, rather than comprehensible. Some critics of this idea argue that the biochemists can accurately measure the size of every kind of bacteria. However, as for me, I will agree with the author’s assertion without a doubt in that the world itself is always infinite and mysterious to all of us.

To begin with, just as a famous philosopher once said (and I paraphrase):"If we compare the known part of the world as the space within a circle, and the unknown part as the space outside it, the more we obtain, the more the unknown part than we can contact." Take ourselves as an example to illuminate the quotation here. Being children studying at a primary school, we all are invariably told that one plus one is two; consequently, if we wrote down the answer with the number "3" or something else on a paper, our classmates may deride you in the public in that the problem, they all think, is too simple to be worth testing us. However, when we know of the world-famous "Goldbach's conjecture" in the high school, we commence to realize that the problem itself is too abstruse for most of us who have little information or interest within this area. Furthermore, from an angle of physics, the answer might be another one. As we all know, an anion (a negative ion) is attracted to a cation (a positive ion) by its opposite charge, and then stack together compactly, like tightly a packed sphere; in other words, the sum of one and one is not two any more, but exactly one as a whole. The economic area is analogous to the realm of the physics in that when two separated companies from the very differential fields such as a bank and a medical company will finally become a neonatal economic entity as a whole through a series of methods mainly involving cooperating, annexing, and regrouping. As a result, it is obvious that with increasing knowledge ken, even the simple arithmetic problem turns out to be a quite complex one.

Secondly, owing to the growing knowledge, in a sense, human beings are least likely to find the smallest unit of the matter. As we all know, the matter is composed of the molecules at first; then, a molecule consists of a number of atoms; yet, an atom is defined as the smallest unit of an element, having all the characteristics of that element and consisting of a dense, central, positively charged nucleus surrounded by a system of electrons; lately, mankind find one of the subatomic particles-meson which is composed of quark and anti-quark. However, what is about quark or anti-quark? Consequently, it is obvious that the increasing information makes things become more complicated than ever before and therefore constantly updating our theories.

Admittedly, to some extent, only obtaining enough knowledge can we know more about the things in nature. Consequently, the fact that more knowledge make the things become complicated does not mean that we stop exploring and uncovering within any realm. On the contrary, we will continue to make great attempts to find the nature of things and utilize the rule to serve human beings as a whole.

In conclusion, due to analyses and reasons mentioned above, I hope that it has been shown that with the increasing knowledge our world has become more mysterious and complex. However, this phenomenon is beneficial to human beings as a result of the further comprehending the nature of the world within both the width and depth.

If these subjects only consist of the fat or poor health groups, these surveys, although national, are meaningless and worthless.

Thirdly, it is true that last year's sales of more than $50 million mean a great number, however, the absolute number is insignificant, especially compared to the sales of $100 million of some journals on tour. When it comes to the home exercise equipment, it is the same. If there is few such equipment in the very beginning and even doubled sales does not mean a conspicuous profit anyway. Or if their market became saturated because of this doubled increase, investing in this field is destined to fail under the ferocious competition.
