Reports about children who are addicted to computer games abound all kinds of media-newspapers,television,magezines,Internet,radio.However,I think every coin has two sides,things exsit because they are resonable.In another words I think children can play computer games but should be well controlled.To inllustrate my point, I have a couple of reasons.

Clearly,computer games can prompt the metal and intelligent development of children.The computer games also combine images and sounds which can provide a better experience .There are also some computer games designing for children to develop their observation ability.For instance,I watched my 4-year-old cousin playing a computer games which was about  finishing a puzzle last Friday.I found it difficulty and strategic to get the scores.This kind of computer games can actually help children a lot as long as the purpose of the games are healthy.

What's more,computer games can help children in socilazation.Given the condition that all the other classmates except you are playing a popular computer game ,how can you communicate with them?Children need common topic to talk about,and computer games seem a hot one.Being special is not always a cool thing,how would you feel when you can not say a word when your friends talk freely about computer games?To make myself clearer,I want to claim that you should always try to be the same as your friends.What I mean is that you should join the public when they do something right.Well-selected computer games can be a excellent tool for you to make friends.

Undoubtly,there are some disadvantages of computer games.Considering the immaturity of children,computer games are  too compelling for children to deny.What's more,numberous computer games contain gratuitous volient and pornorgraphic contents which children obviously should insulate from.Granted there are many disadvantage.But I think it is the self-dicipline that matters.Assume a kid who has strong will power,will he be affected by computer games?I think most you will say no.So I think accompanying the disadvantages,computer games also provide chances for children to improve their self-management ability .

In sum,I think the computer games itself matters nothing about good or bad.It is the way we use it determining the results.As long as we carefully choose the games for children,I optimistically believe computer games can have a positve infulence on the growth of children.
