请教：OG 正态分布 没读懂

标红的两条，怎么理解啊？第一条标红的，我怎么一直看都是1/3，为啥是2/3。第二条标红的，为什么是2，我怎么觉得是3。。。

标准正态分布的1个标准差范围就是1个西格玛，是平均左右两边夹住的范围，是68.27%约等于3分之2.
因为在1.96个西格玛之间的概率是95%，而小于5%是小概率事件，所以2个西格玛之间就是almost。
