想申请NUS的LLM但有很多不明白的地方。。

想申请coursework，法本，雅思已考出，绩点排名前13%，非211非985院校。

首先想问问这几个LLM的录取比例分别是多少？
•Master of Laws (Corporate & Financial Services Law)
•Master of Laws (Maritime Law)

其次，怎样算跨专业呢？本科是民商，想申请海洋法或者金融法算是跨专业嘛？

第三想问问在NUS，这两个专业的专业特色，除了官网上列出来的（如下）
1.Master of Laws (Corporate & Financial Services Law)
The LLM (Corporate & Financial Services Law) includes modules in banking (domestic and international), company law and corporate finance, financial services and securities, and taxation. This specialization enables students to acquire both a theoretical base and a practical expertise in the modules involved. Singapore, which is the commercial hub of Asia, is an ideal place for the pursuit of these modules
2.Master of Laws (Maritime Law)
The LLM (Maritime Law) is a specialization offered since the 2007-08 academic year. It enables law graduates to obtain specialized knowledge in maritime law, a field of great importance to Singapore and the region. Students will obtain a comprehensive overview of the legal matters relating to commercial shipping, marine insurance, shipping regulation and ocean policy. Overseas candidates accepted into this specialization will do it full-time within one academic year. Candidates working for companies based in Singapore and who wish to do the specialization part-time over two academic years, must furnish evidence of full sponsorship or a letter of support from their companies or the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).  This flexibility is also open to students in the Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law and Arbitration, which is designed for the non-lawyer professional.
