个人思路： 从Job 破题，找job's effect 出分论点，之后再分论点中将effect 在happiness 与living environment 的角度进行对比论述。
如 job--earn respect from society--happiness
    job--friendship---happiness

ps：对比类的题目我还是比较迷茫，看过了IBT写作漫谈这个帖子，但好像没有读懂，应用起来还是有障碍......

一些零散的思路供参考：
1. Most corporations today prefer group work, and working in a team will shorten the distance between colleagues and help them make friends with each other. Friendship is important for one's happiness.
2. Happiness mostly comes from a sense of self-satisfaction, which can be provided by recognition from co-workers in work places.                    
3. For most adults, their working times take up a big proportion of a 24-hour day.
4. A good living environment might provide nice neighbors, good furniture, or quiet surroundings.
