As we can see, the divorce rate in many countries continues increasing rapidly. I think nobody
Can deny that the relationship between couples is one of the most essential relationships in
our life. But what is the reason why the divorce rate continues increasing? I think telling lies is the killer. What’s more, I believe telling the truth is also the most consideration in any relationship between people such us friends and families.

To our close friends and families, there is no doubt that we should always tell the truth, because the key of believing is having heart-to-heart talks without lies. Taking making friends with others for example, we always like those guys who are willing to tell us what they really like and how they really feel. If they don’t tell you the truth, there will be some misunderstandings between you which would stop your relationships developing. It is the same with the relationships of families. As we know, many juvenile delinquencies start from telling lies. Firstly they may make some mistakes, and they are afraid that their parents know the truth, So they telling lies to their parents. And then they refuse to talk to people any more who truly care about them. They make friends with bad guys who love violence and have addiction to drugs, but their parents even don’t know about these. If they tell the truth, it will make a difference.

As for strangers like patients to doctors and customers to sellers, it is also significant to tell the truth. What doctors do is about patients’ life. If a doctor cheat patients such as using fake medicines, it will not only be a matter of his quality, but also a matter of laws. And if you want to be successful in your business, to be honest is also the first thing. Only a business man keeps his word can his customers trust him and buy his products. It’s a law in business world. To be remembered, that the world can keep running orderly is based on the trust between people and people.

Though telling the truth may make people feel unhappy even angry sometimes, it still will be the best choice to the long term.
