寄送雅思成绩单的问题

我正在申请的加国两所学校，一所要考试机构寄送成绩单原件，一所要电子成绩单。
我于11月中旬申请用航空平信寄送，到现在没有收到。（btw，没想到航空平信这么不靠谱，以前也曾和国外有信件往来，以为可以靠得住的，有同学航空平信寄成功的嘛？？）

于是我问小秘是应该再寄一遍吗？小秘一分钟就回复了，可是也没说具体该怎么办，原文是
The admission process for the  January  2015 session is now closed,
and new applications will NOT be accepted.

If you have applied, and you have received an email saying "Complete --
All Supporting Documents Received", please do NOT contact the
office. Please wait patiently for further communication from us. There is
no problem with your application.  Decisions for January 2015 and September
2015 have been sent out and any other files will not be considered until
about February 2015 for September 2015 and January 2016.

If you have submitted a complete application, and you have not yet
received an email, your application is in progress and you will be
contacted in due course regarding either September 2015 or January 2016
entry.

If you have submitted an application but it is not yet complete, once
all your documents have been received your application will be
considered for the next available session(s).

Also material which has been mailed or couriered from the applicant may  
not be posted until approx. Mid-February 2015.

Thank you for your patience during the application process.
难道我现在能做的事情只有等吗？可是deadline是15年1月15号，等不起了嗷。

电子成绩单怎么寄送？不会操作，只有航空平信和DHL可选。
寄送成功的小伙伴来帮帮我呀。。。。。。。thx！！！！！

刚刚 把寄送电子成绩单的那个搞定了。。。可是要寄原件的那个 怎么办呀？急急急

妹纸，有的学校只要电子成绩单哦。。。
就不用快递原件了！

我要不要让雅思官方再寄一遍DHL呢？

平信要等很久诶！6周左右吧，他们这效率，急的话还是DHL吧，3天就到了，就是价格比学校里的坑爹些。
