still looking for PhD students at OSU (environmental sciences)

An unidentified friend helped to post an ads of mine for hiring a PhD student (original post at https://bbs.gter.net/forum.php?mo ... id%3D157&page=2).  I am still looking for graduate students at the PhD level, especially those who are interested in ecological modeling (e.g., niche modeling, range shift, and forest dynamics), climate change sciences (e.g., food security, climate-agriculture interactions),  ecoinformatics (e.g., Bayesian-based ecological analyses ), and geospatial modeling (e.g.,  remote sensing). Students, if preferred,  will have the opportunity and flexibility in developing his/her own research topics in related areas on environmental sciences.

I believe our deadline is around April .1.  Also, unfortunately, the minimum GRE requirement for our PhD program is ~ 70% for both verbal and quantitative, with a preferred W of 4.0, but there is some possibility for me to make an exception for those really excellent applicants.
