我想了很多关于如何集中火力来在最后的摸考阶段做到心中有数，我想还是把每一类题的论断和论据以及大致的写法和思路体现出来。我会每天发两片同类的ISSUE（结合当月的机警）来互相讨论和修改，报名的同学也可以把相同的题目或同一类题目或是范文，或是论据，例子等发在下面。大家共同收益。共同奋斗吧，GTERS。

Education is so complex and convoluted, such as the character, morality and personality beside the high grade, that the educators can not burden all duties and all-sided facets except the high grades. So, if people can recognize the situation is very emergent and important for cultivate the students in all-facets, parents and communities should involve in the local schools together.

When people mention the education, they would recognize that obtaining the high grades in every course. However, the education involves many facets such as the morality, character, temperate, and so on. In these facets, every facet is very important for students to obtain the successful education. The successful education is inculcating students the necessary knowledge and the way how to succeed in their field, they are very vital for people to make success and perfect the personality. For example, the character is a vital factor for a person to succeed in some fields instead of only the high grade or the solid knowledge. Many corporations employ their stuff commanding that the interviewers have the perfect character and mortality. We can assume that a person, who has abundant acquirement and perfect grades but he/she is very poor in character and mortality, can make great achievements and fortunes for company. Every year people will afford the severely loss in computers because of the hackers’ damage, hackers do these detrimental things just for show off their adept technology for satisfying their damage appetite, which is just testify the character is very crucial. So, the education is not the only facet.

Moreover, the teacher or educator can only provide the sufficient beneficial knowledge relating student's textbooks and exams instead of omnipotent learning. With the development of the society and economic, the competition become more and more furious and severe. The students have no choice but to get high grades for attaining more excellent and perfect than others and possess their own spheres in society. So, students and educators all involve in how to obtain the high grades, they have no time and no energy to impose other facets such as cultivating the perfect character and mortality and other interesting.

So, the parents and other community are indispensable for student's other facets education. In addition, Parents have the energy and obligatory to cultivate students' character and morality. They should recognize the importance of these facets instead of the only high grades and encourage them to form the mature character and health morality and cultivate them other own interesting. It is well known that people who has the perfect felling status and great health are more important than the students who are always busy in preparing the endless exams which make so nervous and affording heavy burden for obtaining the high grades, The students, who have no good status and condition in every facets become very nervous in everything. However, parents and community always indulge the children and make them only can enjoy the comfortable life and lose the proper attitude for studying. So, the parents and community should control the degree of other education facets.

To sum, the education is so important that the parents and communities should participate the local schools for cultivate more perfect and excellent students on every facets.

214. Society should identify those children who have special talents and abilities and begin training them at an early age so that they can eventually excel in their areas of ability. Otherwise, these talents are likely to remain undeveloped.

Society should identify those children who have special talents and abilities for making the society great achievements and fortunes, and make good use of their special abilities. However, how can people find these children? How can the tutor training them? People should recognize the way of training them is so vital for develop their ability. Otherwise, their special ability may be forbidden just because the improper education system.

Admittedly, the special children have many particular ability in some field which the normal person is so difficult to achieve these ability and degree although depends on their diligence and endeavor. If people can make properly use of these special ability in some field, they will make great achievement and fortunes for society. For example, the Soviet United had found many special children who have normal vision but who can also perceive things with different parts of her skin, and through solid walls. The united can make use this special ability to to obtain some secret accidents information for their country. So, these special children have mighty ability in some field. If we can utilize them properly and accurately, these special children will bring about many surprising products and achievement.

However, how can people find these special children? These children are so normal and common in other facets except their special ability. They also eating, drinking, sleeping, and even playing truant, how can people discern their special facet until their ability are shown in public accidentally and impurposely, which maybe is unknown and surprising for themselves. So, finding their special facet does not depend on only discerning their special character, people should provide them various situations for them to discern their special ability. In addition, some children special ability may be shown until in their adult or old ages. So, finding them is not an easy thing, we should build up more perfect project and program to discern their special ability.

Moreover, how can people provide the proper education system and program for training these special children? It is well known that the improper training and program may deter their special ability’s development. It is well known that the ability of these special children is not obtained by these training and inculcation instead their instinct. People build up these education programs may influence their ability for developing, even can damage these ability.

To sum, people should recognize that finding and utilize their special children's ability is so consulted and complex. People should be cautious and considerable in some facets. When people find these children, they should enact a proper project and schedule for develop their ability and avoid to influence their special ability.

body1 首先来了一个让步，我觉得这是不太合适的。首先从意思上看，不应该是让步；其次，整一段都在说天才有用，但是题目要讨论的是要不是应该在早期培养，天才的作用是勿庸置疑的。
body2 说了identify的艰难。是可以的，但是并没有切中要害。
body3 我觉得是最应该展开的，可惜大概是因为限时的原因，草草了事。为什么影响发展？如何影响都是应该详细论述的。而且中间还有两个连续出现的“it's well know that。。。。”句式显得单调噢

首先在ts的设立上就没有很好回应topic，记住这里讨论的是at an early age，写到后面就几乎偏离了这个大前提。楼主应该作大修改阿。比如不平衡发展等等问题，否则这样的论述只是打了一个擦边球，隔靴搔痒。
