b+ is equivalent to 78-80 at McMaster Univ. If the offer said "last year's average is b+", then the graduate school will only consider the last year's score. when you come to mcmaster, you'll have to submit transcript and bachelor's degree  to graduate school.

谢谢。因为我是gap一年申请的，已经提交了完整成绩单以及毕业证明学位证明之类的，所以offer上没有看到分数要求。现在在着手看SDS的事情了.:D

那是按照北美算的，对于中国b是80%，滑铁卢和渥太华，女王都明确说了，bplus是85
