LZ昨天的帖子居然被加精了！！！超级感动！！！！
于是收到鼓舞的LZ（趁老板不在的周五下午）再接再厉，推出续集：

NY Bar Evaluation流程之简单粗暴篇

      作为耗酥的脑残粉，LZ认真仔细地阅读了耗酥去年BAR EVALUATION的流程指导贴，食用后效果大大滴，成为了今年品阳澄湖的先头部队。

      在和西北童鞋们讨论的时候，俺们针对上述那篇论述全面逻辑严密的文，进行了简单粗暴的翻译。不愿意再攀高峰的童鞋们可以适度参考。但本篇就如同托福机经一样，可能有很多错误，食用后果LZ概不负责。

1、打开https://www.nybarevaluation.org

2、酱酱酿酿注册一下，取得一个BOLE ID和一个Evaluation ID。

A、注意这里系统会要你选择你是否是执业律师。选择是或者不是会稍微影响你后续材料的提交，所以请慎重。

B、如果你在注册的时候，你本科学校的名字出现在系统的下拉列表里，你需要提供的材料就可以参考LZ下面列出的内容料。如果没有，那你估计还要多提供个啥。。。。至于是啥，LZ也不知道了. just pray on it.

3、收到系统的确认回信，得知你需要寄送的材料。下面是我依据小群讨论和自己的想法总结的材料清单。

此时依据你是否是执业律师，你需要选择A或者B路线。

A、执业律师：

1）成绩单

2）毕业证书，学位证书

-----就是提交给LSAC的同样材料，都已经密封放在学校的大信封里了-----

3）司考资格证公证件

4）律师资格证公证件

（我的两证是在小力哥的推荐下在东方公证处完成的，3套共800元。打听下来价格都差不多，大家可以多咨询咨询）

*走A路线的筒子们：据说通过NY BAR考试之后，需要进行宣誓，此时需要提供律协出具的你执业期间没有违反纪律（大意）的“良民证”。但如果你出国前注销了你的律师证，律协到时候会不会配合开具？暂时还没有很确切的答复。

由于耗酥本人简单粗暴地走了A路线，所以讨论的小群觉得，起码前面已经有个人在探索了，到时候肯定会有答复的，所以也就简单粗暴地跟随了他。。。。

再次申明，食用后果概不负责。

B、非执业律师：包括小本、非执业律师和曾经是律师但现在已注销律师证的工作党

1）成绩单

2）毕业证书，学位证书

-----就是提交给LSAC的同样材料，都已经密封放在学校的大信封里了-----

3）一个书面材料，写完后请本科学校教务处敲上公章。寄托上某位前辈曾留下了模板：

4）司考资格证公证件

*走B路线的筒子们：就往年的经验，1）+2）+3）/1）+2）+4)/ 1）+2）+3）+4)都有成功的前例。出于慎重考虑，LZ会建议大家走1）+2）+3）+4）的路线，感觉稍微可靠一点。

4、寄送材料

A、当时回复给我的邮件里面并没有写明材料需要寄送给哪个地址。于是我在官网上搜索到了以下地址和联系电话：

B、寄送材料的时候，LZ比照当初寄LSAC材料的样子，在学校信封和两个公证文件的封皮上分别写明了姓名、BOLE ID、Evaluation ID、手机号、邮箱号码。按照将军常说的，与人方便于己方便。

C、实际填快递单子的时候，我发现我不知道 对方CONTACT PERSON那栏要写谁。所以我随便写了 BAR EVALUATION PERSON（。。。。。。。。）

D、查询到快递已被对方前台实际签收的第二天，还是没有收到任何回复。于是我给步骤1页面上显示的如下两个邮箱发了邮件询问：

onlineapplication@nybarexam.org
administration@nybarexam.org

E、系统第二天连发了我四封信。

前三封告诉我我的下述材料已经被对方分别收到了：

1） your foreign transcript(s)---对应我们材料的1）

2）a Degree Certificate ---对应我们材料的2）

3）a document in support  of the requirement to submit "Proof of Fulfillment of the Educational Requirements" in your country.-----对应我们材料的3）和4）

4）第四封全文摘录如下，据此我理解我的BAR EVALUATION可以暂时告一段落了，希望没出啥岔子。

According to our records, it now appears that the Board is in receipt of all required foreign documents to begin review of your eligibility to sit for the New York State bar examination.  Your file will now be processed.   This could take up to six months (please consult the Board’s website at http://www.nybarexam.org/Foreign/ForeignLegalEducation.htm for all applicable deadlines).  There may be further delays in rendering a determination if the Board requires additional information in order to complete its review.

We strongly advise you to wait until you have received a determination before submitting an application to sit for the examination and paying the non-refundable $750 application fee.

昨天半夜收到系统来信，摘抄如下：
Dear Candidate:

The New York State Board of Law Examiners has completed its review of your foreign documentation submitted in support of your request for an advance evaluation of your eligibility to sit for the New York State bar examination under Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals for the Admission of Attorneys and Counselors at Law [22 NYCRR 520.6].  Your foreign credentials including your foreign law school transcript has been approved by the Board.  However, the Board's final decision with respect to your eligibility to sit for the New York bar examination is contingent on your submission of, and the Board's approval of, the required proof of successful completion and graduation with a qualifying LL.M. degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States.
  
After careful consideration of your foreign law school transcripts and other documentation the Board has concluded that your foreign law school study is either (1) not of sufficient duration or (2) not substantively equivalent to the legal education provided by an ABA-approved law school in the United States pursuant to the requirements of Rule 520.6.  However, you may cure this deficiency and qualify to sit for the New York bar examination upon successful completion of a qualifying LL.M. degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States, which fully complies with all of the requirements set forth in the cure provision of Rule 520.6(b)(3).

A comprehensive review of Rule 520.6 and its LL.M. curriculum requirements may be found on the Board's website at: http://www.nybarexam.org/Foreign/ForeignLegalEducation.htm.  We urge you to carefully review Rule 520.6 and the information located in the Foreign Legal Education section of the Board's website to insure that the LL.M. program that you have completed, or which you are currently pursuing or which you plan to pursue, fully satisfies the requirements of Rule 520.6 before you submit an application and pay the $750 application filing fee to sit for the New York State bar examination.

While you are not required to submit any additional foreign documentation to the Board, you will be required, after you graduate with an LL.M. degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States, to request your U.S. law school to send to the Board, by no later than February 1 for a February exam or by no later than June 15 for a July exam, the following required documents:  (1) a final official transcript of your LL.M. degree; (2) the completed LL.M. Certificate of Attendance Form, which you may download at: http://www.nybarexam.org/Docs/LLMCertificateofAttendanceForm.pdf; and (3) the completed Specimen of Applicant's Handwriting Form, a copy of which may be downloaded from the Board's website at http://www.nybarexam.org/Docs/HandwritingSampleForm.pdf.

Please be advised the Board's final decision with respect to your eligibility to sit for the New York bar examination is contingent on your submission of, and the Board's subsequent approval of, the final official LL.M. transcript and the completed LL.M. Certificate of Attendance Form.  Upon the Board's receipt and approval of the required LLM documents you will be notified by email regarding the Board's final determination of your eligibility to sit for the bar examination.

(1)LL.M期间的成绩;

老实说那个三是啥还没费心研究过。。。。恩。。。。。。很可能要等我LLM念完了才会去看。。。。。。

不过整个评估的时间大概才两个月左右？远比一开始想的6个月要短的多~供大家参考一下了！

但如果你出国前注销了你的律师证，律协到时候会不会配合开具？暂时还没有很确切的答复。——我当时问所里行政得到的答复是，上海律协会开的 开出来的东西就是证明你在执业期间的良好站立（字面翻译）。

特蕾莎来问过我如果Evaluation的时候提交了律师证，后续宣誓前没有律师证了，去法务或者外所了，我暂时不知道会怎么破，如果有人有直接经验更好，但根据上文答案推测 律协说不定也能开出良民证 只不过证明你是良民的日期就是你曾经执业的那段期间吧

但都有待实践检验
