The group led by Prof. Yeo Yee Chia are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a Research Fellow position.   Successful candidate will work on advanced transistor technology using high mobility channel materials such as III-V and GeSn.  Both conventional MOSFETs and Tunneling FETs would be explored. The position requires significant scientific responsibilities. The qualified candidates will have a PhD degree in semiconductor technology and have the following research experience:
(1)    More than 3 years of experience in cleanroom and familiar with  various cleanroom equipment, such as Wet Bench, PECVD, ALD, Etcher, Lithography tool, Sputter, and etc;
(2)    Transistor fabrication and characterization;
(3)    Various materials characterization techniques, such as TEM, SEM,   XPS, SIMS, AFM, XRD, and etc;
(4)    Good publication records and strong ability in writing scientific reports;
(5)    Work well with team and be independent, and be able to balance well between advancing his/her own research and contributing to the larger team’s success;
(6)    Be committed to the job for at least 2 years to ensure continuity of research work.
The candidate will have regular meetings and discussions with our collaborators from MIT, NUS and NTU. We will also strongly support the candidate to attend various international conferences, i.e. IEDM and VLSI Symposium.
