有没有申请德州农工的筒子遇到上传的成绩单是UNKNOWN INSTITUTE情况啊？求助贴

I just sent my PDF transcript to your system but the system shows that it is a INTL Supporting Docs from UNKNOWN INSTITUTION, so can you tell me a method to send my transcript from a eligible institution or give me a website to ask them to help me finish my transcript sending.

Thank you for contacting the Office of Admissions with your email request!

Our imager did not pick up the name of your univesity, therefore, it states "Unknown Institution".  Once the transcript has been processed then the name of your university will be corrected at that time.

Please continue to monitor your AIS site for future updates on your application.

The Texas A&M Office of Admissions will be closed for the holidays starting December 23rd at noon and ending January 4th at 8:00 am.

但是我上传了几个版本仍然是UNKNOWN INSTITUTE， 那么到底需要怎么操作才能被认可啊？申请过程这个成绩单他们会不会看啊？UNKNOWN的他们会自动PASS掉还是可以算作有效的成绩单？

成绩单现在还是AS REQUIERD  求好心人帮助啊！

单纯从小米的回复翻译来看应该是系统没有识别你的学校，但是他们审查的过程中会改正这一错误的
