求助：WES寄送材料问题

学位证和成绩单在清华认证后，英文的认证报告由国内的认证机构寄给WES。请问各位，还需要我们自己将学位证和成绩单的复印件寄给WES吗？ 我看WES官网上写的是邮件不能由私人直接递送啊，有谁知道呢？另外学位证和成绩单的复印件上还需要盖上本科学校的红章吗？先谢谢各位了！

For Completed Degrees:

Degree Certificate issued in Chinese
Examples: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Ph.D.

AND

Two Steps:

Forward a legible copy of the document to WES.
AND

Arrange for the document to be verified and sent directly to WES with an English language verification report by the following Ministry of Education-designated agency:
China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC)
Academic Transcript
Document must include the official stamp of the degree awarding institution and list all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.

AND

If the official academic transcript is in Chinese, please provide precise, word-for-word official English translation of the document.
NOTE:
For Self-Study Programs: Examination Results issued by the provincial Self-Study Examinations Guidance Committee is required in place of an Academic Transcript.

Arrange for the document to be verified and sent directly to WES with an English language verification report by the following Ministry of Education-designated agency:
