北京师范大学“未来教育”高精尖创新中心是北京市政府支持的高水平国际化创新平台，服务北京全国科技创新中心建设及“高精尖”产业结构调整。中心的核心任务是面向北京市基础教育领域师生未来教育发展的需要，研发基于大数据的智能教育公共服务平台，为全市师生提供创新的教育应用服务，并探索移动互联时代的创新教育业务形态和治理方案。
为推进北京教育公共服务从数字化转型到智能化，助力构建北京（世界城市）教育公共服务新模式，现在面向国内外公开招聘各类人才。

教育技术研究员/副研究员
岗位职责：
a）开展教育领域知识本体、学习分析、基础教育质量监测、表现性评价、教学资源汇聚与进化、学科教学活动设计等相关领域的研究
a）具有一定的技术开发能力，能指导技术团队研发相关的软件系统
b）深入一线开展实验，评估研究效果
c）发表论文与专利，申请相关研究项目
d）领导安排的其它事宜
任职要求：
a）教育学、教育技术学及相关专业博士以上学历；
b）具有较深厚的研究功底和学术背景，以第一作者身份发表过SCI/SSCI论文3篇以上；

Education Technology Researcher/Associate Researcher
Job Description
1.        carry out research on education ontology, learning analysis, the quality of basic education monitoring, research performance evaluation, convergence and evolution teaching resources, teaching activity design and other related fields.

Job Description

人工智能研究员  
岗位职责：
a) 开展自然语言处理、图像处理、语音处理等相关人工智能技术在教育领域的应用研究
b) 能独立进行核心算法的编写，并指导技术团队研发相关的软件系统
c) 与大数据技术人员合作，参与教育大数据计算框架的设计和运行。
d) 发表论文与专利，申请相关研究项目
e) 领导安排的其它事宜。
任职要求：
k） 计算机、人工智能相关方向博士以上学历
l） 具有人工智能、机器学习、NLP等方面较为深厚的理论研究背景。深入理解机器学习的各种算法。能独立从事大数据和人工智能方面的研究工作。
c) 对数据的预处理，分类，预测等方面有实践经验。熟练使用R，Python，C/C++, Java, Scala等编程语言中至少一种。
d) 工作勤奋，有团队精神，身体健康，能承担一定的工作压力。

大数据研究员
岗位职责
1）搭建教育大数据分析基础环境和技术框架。
2）进行教育大数据需求分析，数据采集、存储、集成、预处理，利用大数据分析算法构建分析模型，对分析结果进行可视化展示。
3）为教育决策提供数据支持、数据决策分析、支持教育局、学校、教师、家长、学生决策的数据分析。

任职资格：
1、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业博士或以上学历。
2、熟悉统计以及数据挖掘、机器学习、人工智能技术，尤其是关联分析、分类预测、聚类分析、回归分析、时间序列分析等常用分析方法。熟悉R、SAS、SPSS、Python等相关软件和语言。
3、熟悉传统关系数据库、数据仓库技术，熟悉数据预处理技术、数据集成技术、NoSQL数据库技术、内存数据库技术，熟悉Hadoop（包括HDFS、Map-Reduce、HBase、HIVE等）、熟悉Mahout、Spark集群相关技术。
4、熟悉JAVA/C/C++程序设计,有并行程序设计经验，可以利用Hadoop的Map-Reduce并行计算框架、通用的MPI并行计算框架设计并行数据分析算法和程序，熟悉分治、动态规划、回溯等算法设计思想。
5、熟悉数据可视化技术，设计过数据可视化方案并得到实际的应用。

Job Description
1.        Build big data analysis environment for education and technical framework.
2. The analysis of big data demands and requirements for education, data collection,
storage, integration and pre-treatment, the use of big data analysis algorithm to build
analysis model and the visual display of the analyzed results.
3. To provide data support and decision-making data analysis for educational
decision-making and support the data analysis of decision-making of the
Department of Education, schools, teachers, parents and students.

Job Requirements

1.        PhD in mathematics, statistics, computer, educational technology and other
related professionals.
2.        familiar with statistics and data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, particularly association analysis, classification prediction, clustering analysis, regression analysis, time series analysis and other commonly used analysis methods. Familiar with R, SAS, SPSS, Python, and other related software and languages.
3. familiar with the traditional relational database, data warehouse technology, data pre-processing, data integration, NoSQL database technology, in-memory database
technology, Hadoop (including HDFS, Map-Reduce, HBase, HIVE, etc.), Mahout
and Spark cluster related technologies.
4.        familiar with JAVA /C/C ++ programming with parallel programming experience,
able to use the Map-Reduce parallel computing framework Hadoop, generic MPI
parallel computing framework for the design of parallel data analysis algorithms
and procedures.
5. familiar divide and conquer, dynamic programming and backtracking algorithms design.
6. familiar with the data visualization technology and designed data visualization solutions and applied in practice.
7. those who have successful big data analysis cases are preferred.
