Sales Manager (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen)

Job Description
•        Build good relationships with clients and broaden the institutional client base;
•        Developing and implementing business plans and marketing strategies for the Department;
•        Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales analysis Reports;
•        Provide professional service to clients / potential clients;
•        Provide sales services and account management job for major institutional clients;
•        Assist in assessing and monitoring the performance of institutional sales team members to assure quality services are delivered to clients;

Skills & Requirements
•        University degree in Finance / Business or other related disciplines;
•        1-2 year experience in sales or client service support area in financial service will be an advantage;
•        Good interpersonal skills to service and maintain client relationship;
•        Possess network of institutional contacts (especially in mainland China) will be an advantage;
•        Aggressive, self-motivated, passionate for better career development;
•        Work location : China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen etc.)
•        Native Mandarin speaker preferred;
•        IANG visa candidates are welcomed;
•        Fresh graduate will also be considered.
