本人情况：清华计算机小本，去年毕业。去年签Cornell自费master,两次被拒。
          去年11月去香港大学cs做ra至今。
          今年重新申请，拿到NEU全奖，6.18在香港签证，以在香港工作时间
          不够长为由，被拒。7.13回北京4000.

vo:jfmm(齐耳短发，稍胖)

me: nice to meet you madam. Here is my card.
vo: nice to meet you.
(jfmm拿过我的ds和i20看了看)
vo: So you are going to study for PhD in Computer Science.
me: Yes
vo: And you are fully funded by...(停顿3秒钟，看i20) Northeastern Univ.
me: Yes
(查电脑...)
vo: Last year, you applied a master degree, but this year PhD. How to explain it
me: After this year's research work in HKU. I set up my mind to doing research
    on the area of xxx. But I encountered some problem in xxx during my work,
    espesially in xxx. So I decide to pursue a PhD degree in xxx in NEU.
(jfmm点头，感觉对答案比较满意)

vo: what will do with you PhD degree after graduation.
me: I will come back to join xxx group in Tsinghua to go on the research on xxx
    I've talked about it with my advisor Prof.xxx, and got a support letter from
    him. would you like to have a look.
(此时心不在焉，看resume,不理我，显然对我的plan不care。感觉要check)
(jfmm拿起我的护照，翻开最后一页，看到香港领事馆也给我盖了一个章)
vo: You applied visa in Hong Kong last time. What did they say.
me: Last month, I checked the website of the US consulate in HK. It said if I
    worked more than 6 months in HK, I should apply there. But the consulate
    officer told me 7 months is not long enough. He asked me to come back to
    apply.
(jfmm点头)
vo: You are qualified. But......(掏出蓝条，盖章，要了导师主页，4周之后等电话)
