a formal application for graduate studies. The decision was based on the high

我也收到好人卡了   这个要过了初申请，提交正式申请时才交申请费

UA engineering那个要预申请，不用申请费，要过了才能正式申请

之前见过有同学预申请被拒了之后再预申请一次（反正不要钱），重新调整personal statement之后预申请又通过
