UM PhD 降成 MS， UCLA 和 UT 奖学金还没出， UBC T100硬线.....
伯克利今年在我济发了9个AD了

Congrats! You sure that's an offer not just an admission though? 'Cause I just got the admission letter from Texas(Civil PhD) on the same day(2/1/2017). There was nothing regarding assistantship nor financial aid in the letter. I think it's still too early for the faculties to decide who can be awarded. My guts tell me it won't happen until March.

Do you mean all the applicants who have received AD from Austin will be reconsidered who will have funding? Where did you get this information?

是 AD~ 选的时候就报榜的时候直接选了offer而已。
邮件问了 committee, 确实funding 没那么快吧。

funding的决定好像是没那么快出。
