Is this the JHU Master Applied Economics in the Advanced Academic Programs (who offers part-time master’s degree programs, graduate certificates and non-credit programs for adult learners), which provide a chances for getting it fully online?

I am afraid that it could not be get fully online cos some courses are only taught  on-site. By the way, you could also apply Applied Econ/ MBA (dual degree) and MBA is provided by Carey. Plus,  this program is highly appreciated by local students.

All the core course are available online, just a couple of elective aren't. Luckily they offer a hybrid mode also - one can just spend a semester there.

Good chances for US education (in a continuing education department) for people over the whole world, 簡直是做福全世界人民 (& the pocket of the department)

Carey的MBA其实还行。。。。。。反正我同届的MBA中国人基本都找到工作了（不乏JP morgan什么的）。。。当然有些有绿卡的要control下绿卡的fixed effect再比较。。。。。ECON的master找工作真的不好找，不管哪个项目都是不好找的。不过话又说回来，找工作（如果不是当码农）这事，在DC这种地方，最后靠的还是social。。。你最后会发现读什么专业真的不重要。 。。能找到工作的的人读什么都能找到工作。。。。

本科是管理类弱鸡，无奈申请不了金工金数，CS之类的，觉得JHU 这个专业是STEM，而且elective可以修一些编程课，会不会找工作稍微更好些？

其他offer还有马里兰的business analytics，觉得回国的话会不会maryland排名较弱些。

I dont see a single programming course in the list of elective.

I suggest you should better know what you are really doing.....
