申请iss下的KE和SE

本科电子商务专业，想申请KE或者SE，本科专业课涵盖数据库、c语言、php等编程内容，但也有部分属于管理课程。这样符合申请master的条件吗？如何判断是否能申请master呢？master和GD是不是均需要笔试面试呢？

If you wish to apply SE, you have to be able to master at least Java, .NET, Android or iOS. For KE, the applicant needs to know Java or .NET plus strong in algorithm.

All ISS programs requires entrance test and interview.

Oh, great! I got 98 on Java! So you mean I could apply for KE or SE right, altough major is E-commerce?
