Is it necessary for everyone to read imaginative books as speaker asserted? I think so. Reading book makes us wise as practice makes us healthy. As to imaginative books, they definitely advance our imagination which is increasingly important in a technical progress leading society.
Books are divided into many sorts(fall into many categories?), like history fiction, novels, poetry, biography and so on. People select differently according to their particular interests and their professions, and similarly, different books can usher people in a diverse magic world. For example, people who like to read history fiction are intent to scoop the knowledge from bygone era in that they can avoid to relapse and to repeat mistakes. After all, you (用第三人称)always can find something valuable in the landfill of history. While people who tent to read biography books are those ambitious person and enterprising manager; they wish they succeed in their domain and make their fortunate, so for those people; a biography of celebrities is indeed the apple in their eyes. Last(为啥很突兀来了个last?), imaginative books are provocative, vivid; they quicken reader's thinking, stimulate them to use illusion and stretch their ideas and viewpoints to forward something bizarre and grotesque.(这一段有没有一个central idea?)
In addition, imaginative are elevated within modern society, wherein imaginative is regard as fuel to compel the advances of science. Also in many businesses, the imagination considers one of most significant culture of a corporation. I remember one of a famous biochemist once said" In my spare time, I intent to sit in my garden and just look my narcissus flowers. Naturally, I like to read a book, a scientific fiction, of course, which always quickens my thought and not at all boring. To tell the truth, I get many ideas from Horry Potter." Obviously, scientific discoveries and inventions are almost sprung from bizarre thought or passion evoking by imaginative books, films, or stories. Then almost scientific advances are afterthought. If without the imaginative books which are stimulating and provocative whenever you open its pages, the science wills no fuel to advance.
Another support is that when you look in the top 10 of most best-sell books, in all likelihood, you can find some imaginative books such as Dr. sucess, Harry Potter, and The Lord of Rings are ranged on the upper. The fact tells me that imaginative readings are more and more popular in our time. Probably, people are aware of the absences of imagination. Illusion can be used in daily life and I think life will be better if you truly intent to revise it with illusion. Imagine wearing like Harry Potter, you and your family are barbecue on the roof; putting the Mickey Mouse up to you bed, the night you will find more beautiful and jovial than usual; moreover, to kiss you kids with a exaggerative and comic posture, you and your kids will feel comfortable and yours kid probably said "Dad, you are cartoon monster, I love you." Do this, and the life will not pale and dull as before. Why not add the illusion into your life and daily work if you love your life and occupation.
To sum up, for everyone, both in your life and research work, it is necessary to nourish your illusion and imagination. That is to say, reading more imaginative books!(544words)
