Research Assistant

Job description

-       Assist in preparation of testing samples and materials

-       Measure sample by using instruments such as ICP, IC, FTIR, CVS

-       Conduct tests as assigned by supervisor

-       Present results and prepare laboratory tests reports

-       Assist in the maintenance of record database

Job requirements

-       High diploma or above in Chemistry or related Science discipline

-       Attention to details and high integrity in work

-       Good command of written English, intermediate spoken Mandarin is preferred

Responsible for physical analytical tests for materials such as SEM, XRF

Consolidate analytical tests results and prepare reports

Assist in metal and alloy sample inventory management

Assist in the maintenance of analytical test equipment

Job requirements

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Materials Science or related discipline

Fresh graduates will be put on structured training

Attention to details and high integrity in work

Good command of written English is required

Intermediate spoken Mandarin is preferred

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday, work on alternate Saturday)
