Today, one of my clients, who is so young, shows her urgle side to me. At the beginning, she is so rude and keep talking and complaining for long time when I examine her baby. She and her sister use kind of attitude which makes me sad. I know my oral english is no good enough to argue with them. I was forced to do what they want. At that time, my secretary came in and told them to be cooperate. she is a beautiful white girl and stand on my side. After I sent those two women away, she told me that those guys are typical kind of Portugal women. she had to live and study with those kind of people since her childhood. the neighbour and the classmate, all of them have the same personality. meanwhile, there are some good person.
today's case all are not easy to do, but, it is really fortunate that I finish all of them without any problem left.
