鲁汶上传材料的问题

最近准备申鲁汶，上传材料的时候发现托福成绩和在读证明上传不了，托福是显示“Probleem bij controle geldigheid van PDF etsngtcr_0000000031593049.pdf, opladen mislukt.”，翻译一下就是“Problem checking PDF validity etsngtcr_000000001234567.pdf, recharging fails.“。

不知道怎么回事，给小秘发了邮件还没回，大家有碰到这个情况的吗，如何解决？感谢！

我之前申请的时候也上传不了在读证明，然后我传在other里面了，不过我考的雅思，上传没有问题。我感觉鲁汶的小秘回复很快的，别着急。

There might be several reasons why you cannot upload the documents.
-          All documents must be in a PDF format
-          They should not be of a very heavy size- we would advise you to reduce/compress the size of the PDF
-          Sometimes, documents cannot be uploaded in the same category. In that case, you can upload the documents under ‘Other’ category

You could also try using a different browser. In case you are still unsuccessful in uploading the documents, you can send them to us and we shall upload them for you.

不是文件大小的问题，是托福成绩单和学校成绩单好像都加密了，然后系统读不到就不让提交，我到 https://www.sejda.com/unlock-pdf 上unlock一下就好了
