讲讲BU LLM的课程吧。

i. 首先介绍普通课程。

1. 必修且符合NY Bar要求

比如，Introduction to the American Legal System.

2. 必修但与NY Bar无关

很少见，一般学校不会给LLM硬塞这种课程。

例外：部分带方向的LLM。

3. 选修且符合NY Bar要求

所有1L的课。比如，Torts, Property Law, Criminal Law (注：1L的必修课对LLM而言几乎都是选修课)。

以及部分2L和3L的课。比如，Evidence.


4. 选修但与NY Bar无关

几乎所有“高大上”的课。比如，Business Immigration (Hauer); Civil Litigation/ERC Trial Ad. (C) Burdick; Health Care Trans. (S) Lampert/McCarthy.


ii. 现在介绍特殊课程。

所谓“特殊”，即所有Fundamentals Track的课。比如，Evidence for LL.M. Students (Fundamentals Track); Property for LL.M. Students (Fundamentals Track).

这些Fundamentals Track虽然有学分，但和正常的LLM课程不一样，选择之前要和LLM Director进行充分沟通。

这些课不同于LLM Only Courses，LLM Only Courses大多属于上述普通课程中的“4. 选修但与NY Bar无关”。

iii. 最后，贴一张LLM Course Requirements for the NY Bar Exam.

“Cure” Provision Course Description	Corresponding BU Law Course
At least two semester hours of credit in professional responsibility.	Professional Responsibility
At least two credits in a legal research, writing and analysis course.	Legal Research and Writing
At least two credits in a course on American legal studies, the American legal system or a similar course designed to introduce students to U.S. law.	Introduction to the American Legal System OR Constitutional Law
At least six credits in subjects tested on the New York State Bar Examination(consisting of the UBE) or the New York Law Examination	See list of qualifying “Content Outline” courses

如果考NY bar，要符合最低的对学分和课程的要求，比如US legal System，legal writing这些。我是指在可选择的范围内是多选一些考bar的课程还是自己感兴趣的其他课程。
