TAMU到底怎么提交雅思电子成绩

首先，我知道在雅思官网寄成绩单那里，收E-TRF的学校是可以在邮寄方式里选到E-TRF的，但是TAMU唯一的一个地址问过小秘是不对的。
然后我发邮件给小秘，说地址不对我没法要雅思寄电子成绩给她，把雅思官网的E-TRF说明都截图给她了，告诉她，需要她用我的TRF number去网站下载，他的回复：You will need to submit your scores.  I cannot download them.
我都要疯了，是我提交的方式不对还是她傻？？？

To report IELTS scores: Texas A&M University only accepts scores submitted electronically by the IELTS test center. No paper Test Report Forms will be accepted. An institutional code is NOT required.
