Listening BBS is possible
VOA is impossible
because....

Try the radio stations in Windows Media Player and Winamp, they are really good!

可以online听的, 用media player, Realplayer和winamp都可以. 只要带宽够, 声音是够清晰的.

donwload online audio stream (by using Net transport), then copy it into MP3 Player. That's the way I enjoy.
