In University Student Art Club, I served as the head of integrated department. Students in this club usually wear a note of artistic temperament along with obstinate and proud personality, which exemplified the hardship of management. Fortunately, I learned the philosophy of ‘talent-post matching’ while getting along with them. I noticed that there were three kinds of students among them, which were the diligent ‘straight A students' who cared less for extra-curricular activities, the ‘future artists’ who had an intense desire of performance, and the ‘all-rounder’ who hoped to develop both art talents and their comprehensive capacity. When I distributed their responsibilities, I would like to put ‘straight A students’ to the less time consuming ‘logistics support’ position. The ‘future artists’ were the ones who got enthusiasm in rehearsal and performance, which made them perfect as the leading role of a show. While those ‘all-rounders’ were more suitable for being activity organizers and supporting roles within a party. My choice seemed quite right. Our team remained a comparatively high attendance rate under the appropriate, nearly friction-free personnel arrangement, and the flexible rehearsal plan. Our final performances could usually get great feedback within the university.。
