公用机器一般是不允许自己装软件的,所以不能自己下载紫光等输入法安装,但如果是window
s的话可以用它自带的输入法.
1 到控制面版,---control panel
2.double click "keyboard"
3.click "input locales"
4.click "add"
5.look for "chinese" quanpin/shuang pin(as you like)
then you can use ctrl+space to select chinese input.

Some computers won't allow you to change anything in them,then you have only one
thing to do.............
use English



HOWTO: View Chinese in Windows XP without external software

In this step by step tutorial, you will be able to view chinese in most applicat
ions installed on your computer. Note: Doing this may cause some applications to
have chinese Menus/Dialogs. I assume you can speak/read Chinese; for, it should
n't be a big
deal.

LETS GET STARTED!

1) Please Navigate to your Control Panel and Open Regional and Language Options

2) Navigate to the Languages Tab and make sure Install files for East Asian lang
uages is CHECKED
If it is already checked, Please SKIP to STEP 3
Otherwise, CHECK it, and press APPLY

Your Windows XP CD May be required.


3) Once the Language files are installed. Please Navigate to the Advanced Tab


In the Droplist Outlined in Blue in the above screenshot
Select one of the Selections prefixed with Chinese
and a suffix that corresponds to the region you live in.

For me, I selected Chinese (Hong Kong S.A.R.)
Once Selected, Click OK

A popup message will ask you if you want to SKIP recopying the language files. c
lick YES

Reboot your computer, and enjoy Mirandaing in chinese with your friends.

FEP (Frequently Encountered Problems)

P: In Step 3, I do not see Chinese ________ in the dropdown list
F: Repeat Step 2 Carefully

P: OMG!! My Videocard Properties became CHINESE!!! U BASTARD!!

随着各个系统的细节不同，可能有些方法不对

1. debian操作系统

很简单，如果你能弄到root权限，只需要apt-get install fcitx或者scim就可以输入中
文了，配置文件参考bbs的linux版精华区的文章如果没有root权限，到www.fcitx.org
下载fcitx的源码包自己编译一下就可以给自己的帐户使用了，编译方法参看下载的
fcitx的INSTALL文件。
或者使用scim，在这里freedesktop.org/~suzhe/有详细的使用方法，比fcitx设置要简单
很多。

这必须要设置你的使用输入法的应用程序的locals为简体中文。方法参看fcitx的配置文
件

2. redhat系统
方法同debian的没有root权限的方法，相信你也找不到rpm包来装一个fcitx。

3.FreeBSD系统
方法同debian的没有root权限的方法。

4.其他，最差也能方法同debian的没有root权限的方法。

When In Redhat, root privilege needed, just install Chinese support in the

emove applet and choose Chinese when you login x-windows (via gdm login[like

XP], just choose it from language; via console when type startx, edit

When in Debian, root privilege also needed, run "depg-reconfigure locales"(

must apt-get install locales first if not avialable) and choose
