客戶服務專員

Responsibilities:

Handle Daily operations including new accounts opening, transactions and sales inquiries
Handle customer services hotlines including internet trading, place trading orders, etc
Communicate with Sales on trading transactions
Provide customer services, handle customer enquiries and related tasks support to clients
處理日常運營，包括新開戶，交易和銷售查詢
處理客戶服務熱線，包括網上交易，下單交易等
在交易中與銷售人員溝通
為客戶提供客戶服務，處理客戶諮詢和相關任務支持
Requirement:

Higher diploma or degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines;
1 year Dealing or Customer Services experience in securities industry & with SFC RA1 licenses preferred.
Customer-oriented and proactive
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Putonghua is a MUST
Immediately available is preferred
Fresh graduate with sound academic background will also be considered

IT system operation and maintenance

Primary Responsibilities

Check whether the securities trading and settlement system, futures trading and settlement system, and other IT systems  is running normally, solve the normal failures, contact the supplier to solve the unsolved problems.

Participate in exercises of various types ,such as new system launches, system upgrades, and exercises that Hong Kong Stock Exchange requires.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related , with experience in IT operation and maintenance, recent graduates could be considered

Know the operation of the securities application system and the IT office system. The system hardware includes network switches, firewalls, and various servers. The software includes server-side software and client software, running on Windows, iOS and Android platforms .

Work seriously and responsibly , have a team spirit.
