Job Duties:
- Prepare marketing plans, proposals, reports and presentations;
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans;
- Organize PR and marketing communications events and campaigns; liaise with external parties, including supporting organizations, sponsors, vendors, clients, media, etc;
- Work closely with the team to monitor the status of event proposal to ensure the execution of the program;
- Handle any adhoc project assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years working experience in marketing or related field;
- Degree in marketing/ event management/marketing communication or relevant disciplines;
- Demonstrated potential to lead the projects and interact with clients;
Proactive, independent and detail minded;
- Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
