I would seriously suggest you stay in the US and get a JD from a T14 school. Take a gap year and kill the LSAT. Go to a T14 with scholarship. No need to rush.
HKU is not worth it even if you want to work in Hong Kong. If you get a Hong Kong law degree you still need to sit for the PCLL and undergo the trainee contract for two years before you can become an associate. that’s five years in total. and you don’t get the COLA as a Hong Kong qualified associate.

I would stay in the US if I could. I've been here for years and I've got used to the US education system, but I'm in a tough financial situation for a US JD even with scholarship. HK law degree might not have the T14 caliber but it's the best option for me right now. Thank you for your reply though :))
