  The true strength of a country is best demonstrated by the willingness of its government to tolerate challenges from it's own citizens.

position:I can't approve of this idea thoroughly for the reason that the true strength of a country cannot be best demonstrated only by the willingness of its government to tolerate challenges from it's own citizens.

1,Admittly, a strong government which can tolerate challenges from it's own citizens should be wide open minded to respect and assimilate the ideas from the public.

2,However, tolerating the callenges from its own citizens is far away from purpose of handling and sloving those existing problems espcially  when faced some extreme situations such as rebellion or turmoil from the citizens..

3,Rather, the true strength of a country should be demonstrated by its government's capacity of coping with the challenges both from its own citizens and other countries'.

e.g  to overcome the intruding enemies
