Personally I think the TOEFL requires some practice on ur listening. And to study in UK needs a lot of financial support.

I suggest u ask for detail in relevant board.

Just  do  more  exercises,  and  the  exam  would  be  easier  for  u.
We  chinese  are  quite  excel  in  preparing  examinations,  perhaps  an  intensive  class  will  do  some  help?
If  no  better  options,  studying  in  UK  is  still  not  a  bad  academic  choice.
Anyway,  u'd  better  consider  more  about  ur  future  life  after  the  graduation.
