8点30在使馆外排队，需要签证费（从银行拿的2张都要）收据，身份证，护照。冷冷的风里，难以想象几个小时后情景。9点进到使馆里面，里面很狭小、破旧。人很多，多为探亲的老人、旅游和商务，学生只有两个（我听到交I-20表）。学生的I-901收据（100$）在这交。表一定细致填，最好打印，不然小姐会在表上画红圈，很难看的。我的表在中介打的，很好（别太省了，不差这一哆嗦了）。然后依次叫名按手印,先左后右。然后找个座位等。只开2个窗口，眼镜男，和胖姐姐，在窗口里，用简短中文问话。期间，我还帮几位填填表，后来忘了紧张，11点，还没到我，我去问小姐是不是喊过，我没听到，她漂亮的脸上毫无表情，不没听到吗。我又等，这会，又开了一个窗口，我急忙向前靠靠，听到我的名字，我真是有点才盼到的心情，快步过去，嘴里答着来了，来了。
一位50岁左右的男official,很温和。他很高，站在窗里看着我。我急忙打招呼me: morning, sir;  v: oh, morning.他好象有点怪，看者我，举起我的护照问is your passport? Yes.
V: so, what will you do to the US

Me: chemistry

ME: in a true word,I have a friend there. she recommend the shhool, And I read some about the U. I found the PhD program in the U is very good.I love it.

V: what are you working?
Me: I am a teacher
V: where are you working?
Me: shenyang,………我的工作单位名，它的英文很长，我说的有点别扭。
V: which college did you graduate from?
Me: SheYang ….我学校名很长

我高兴的拿了东西跑出来，一切都过去了。我先生正在街对面，向这里望。

整个过程，5分钟到7分钟，我没感觉，很流畅，自然。中间有一句没听清，好象是说I-901费的收据的事，因为我没打I-901表，只有收据，电子版的,没关系的，一句两句没懂。准备的东西，都没看，我费那么大劲，但要准备。有个感觉，外表很重要，表情要放松，微笑，态度积极又礼貌，衣着得体，文雅有风度。我们都是学者嘛。不同于别人，这也是别人的期望。

晚上4点，取护照的人50人左右，大约60%，白天另一个男生好象没过，他很小，还忘带了签证费收据的第二联，一定影响情绪的。
有时不得不相信命运，我本想放弃了，但今年有申请到全奖，我的小孩3岁，我心情很复杂。
