[B]ISSUE 173 "Originality does not mean thinking something that was never thought before; it means putting old ideas together in new ways." [/B]  (提纲在下一贴里补充)
“Flowing water never become stagnant.” If the world does not add new factors, new ideas, build up new things, the result will be just like the stagnant water. Originality, the word which could be associated with “fresh”,”first”,”initial” is regarded as a strength weapon to offend the that disagreeable consequence. In the contemporary society, lots of emphasizes were drawn down to originality. The concept of originality is so comprehensive that surely including many forms including “thinking something that was never thought before”,” putting old ideas together in new ways” and others as well.

One kind of originality is getting ideas which are purely initial. For example, Sigmund Freud, an Austrian psychology theorist who first import the terms “Id”,"Ego", and “Superego” in to the field of psycholoanalysis.. In 1932, Freud built the structural model for psycholanalysis, defined by the concepts of id, ego and superego, which refer to different aspects of people‘s functioning. Before Freud no one analyze people’s functioning in this way. And each concept was defined by Freud himself. Now in the comptemporary classes for psychology major students when talking about this theory, they need to seek back for the definitions from Freud’s eyes. Although the concepts are not precise enough viewing with a modern perspective, but this unprecedented and initial theory greatly influences the following psychoanalysist.

However, not only the pure initial ideas could be regarded as originality, there’re still some other forms. Specifically speaking, originality could be the ideas which developed by the old ideas. For instance, Mp3 player, a popular potable music player, can save tens or even thousands of songs in it. Generally, its figure is much lighter and smaller than other music traditional music players such like Cassette walkman, or CD player, so it is very convenient to take and use. But in the very beginning, people can only listen to Mp3 music files with a computer. Because the original purpose of inventing this file type is to saving computer disk space (The compact MP3 file is much smaller that normal wave files), not reach to the extent of potable music enjoyment. But the development of technology changed the trend. They got the idea to transplant the core programs into potable equipment, and then people can play the MP3 music files directly. Nowadays some other techniques are connected with MP3 player, such like Lyrics display, digital picture display by LCD which mounted on the player. MP3 player is not an original idea, but import previous technology into new usage. Lyrics display, picture display are also old ideas which already been used in some other electronic products. But when they connect to the MP3 player, new type equipment with new functions immerged just like a novelty.

Besides the two forms listed above, there’re still some other channels to nurture different kinds of originality. An exaggeration of an old idea can produce a new idea, a combination of two or more ideas can reproduce new ideas. And the modification and development of outdated ideas could lead to a fresh viewpoint.

Original presented in different ways and could be created from different channels by varieties of methods. It is dangerous to narrow the concept of originality. On one hand, if one only regard “thinking something that was never thought before” as originality. Then the person will lost a lot of chances to make use of the precedent ideas. Many old ideas are very useful resources, it’s a waste to ignorant them On the other hand, one shouldn’t be satisfied only by revising or developing old ideas. The world is developing, but the old ideas are limited. If one only seeks to the past to reconstruct them, then when the last texture is used up, the new idea has no material to make up. What’s more only using old ideas could narrow one’s mind if it becomes a habit; because so little stimulation on one’s mind that the person got a solitary stereotype of thinking.

In all, originality means the fresh, initial, first things No matter huge or subtle, only if it is not stagnant. Various forms of originality exist in the world .People in the world need to seek them, dicover them and create them. Any kind of rigid definitions could prevent the blooming of oginality, thus set potential barrier to the development of the changing world.

这篇文章写得很好了，作为你的第一篇应该算可以了。不论是用词还是举例以及对语言的驾御都不错（个人认为，因为本人水平有限^_^）
不过觉得有以下的缺点：
1 开头有点冗长。可能是个人的习惯不一样，我觉得issue的开头应该紧扣题目，说明自己的观点，论述应该在文章中展开而不应该在开头就开始论述。
2 第5段转的太快，看不出与前面的逻辑联系。可以有一个适当的过渡，不过我是没有想好的。还有我觉得就是你的第四段提到的另外的创新方法几乎都包括在前面的两种方法中了，其实不提也罢，因为issue似乎是要求你要把你提出的每一个观点都论述得比较好。所以经常看到ETS在评语中写什么“这里没有得到很好的论述，所以扣分了”所以如果你不能把你的观点论述清晰，那么就不要仅仅提出来摆在那里，这样丢分就太不值得了。
3 帖上来作文前要自己检查一下，这个也是提高的一部分。你的文章里面有许多拼写和打字错误，这些低级错误如果常常出现在你考试的作文中，那么你的作文是不会得到高的分数的。自己检查一遍一方面可以避免这些错误，免得大家还要帮你修改这样那样的低级错误或者被这些错误搅和的没有兴趣读你的文章，另一方面也是对自己思路的重新审视和加深记忆。一箭双雕，何乐而不为呢？
