我认为这道题的关键我认为不在于是minority or majority而是motivated
所以我这样理解的：
1的确很多leading voice comes from minority(叫什么真理掌握在少数人手里。。)
2但即便是这些minority 也不是motivated by expressing their unique ideas but rather by their interests and passion.(就是说这些minority动机不是为了求异)

不知道我这么理解可以否？求证~~~~
