It depends on which college you're applying to.  
% S& u0 H1 C1 e! DPublic universities do not require SAT II"s.
However, private ones, especially the Ivy's and other elite colleges, require SAT II scores.  
9 T0 O0 ~- C+ d$ `3 v9 nWhen I applied 6 years ago (hehe, I'm old), I had to take SAT I, SAT II writing, SAT II math, & one of the SAT II sciences.
