Graduate positions in Bioinformatics at The University of Manitoba, Canada

We currently have two fully-funded graduate student (MSc or Ph.D.) positions for starting in January 2022.

The students will be registering in The Department of Biochemistry and Medical Genetics. The research project will be on developing computational methods for integrating multi-omics data for disease prediction and biomarker discovery, and scRNA data analysis. The candidates for the position should have an excellent background in life science or medicine with an excellent GPA.
