However, in my opinion, this statement hinds the connotation that personality is more important than training. Thus, I disagree with the author's conclusion and advocate the first-rate significance of training in the process of students and scholars to pursue their academic achievements.

Admittedly, personality takes a momentous role in students' or scholar's academic work. Different personalities will be expressed in their work apparently. Consider the realm of art. Students or scholars, who will draw opposite paintings when they look at same sunflowers. A pessimistic person will use dark color to convey the sorrow and fear of his inner world to audience. On the contrary, Van Gogh, who had extreme passion and ambition in art, left the masterpiece, "Sunflower", which was full of bright and vivid colors. Through his masterpiece, we may feel his strong lust which was suppressed for long time and then erupted in a second. This sharp contrast is due to the manifestation of their various personalities rather than training.

Nevertheless, training is more important for persons who want to fulfill significant achievement because it is the base for expression of personalities. Imagining the reality as solid, the training then roots in the soil and grows up as tree to provide the branches for the personality. Based on branch, the lush individual's inner world, personality, are able to absorb the nutrition from the soil of reality, and flowers and fruits.

Turning to the realm of science, albeit different conclusion will be put forward when students and scholars are facing the same facts, the analysis of data and the style of thinking is benefited from the classical training. Take the research in biology as an example. During the whole process of research, researchers, students or scholars, will experience several uniform procedure, such as collecting samples, operating samples, reading data, comparing data of different samples, to name a few. What they acquire in the training penetrate and permeate through all their academic work. Depending on these effective and uniform processes, which come from training, researchers obtain the essence from the massive samples. If they haven't been trained at first, they will be bogged down in the first step on research and never hit their goal even if they have astonishing talents and distinguished personalities.

Take the realm of business as another example. Nowadays, larger companies are, more emphasis they will put on the training of new employers. Why do they prefer to shape employers' behaviors into a uniform model? Don't these companies want their employers to dispose the business in their own style? The answer is simple and obvious--these companies consider the significance of traditional business style, such as disposing documents, communicating with customers, exceeds the meaning of their various personalities. The content of training absorbs the predecessors' successful experience and will benefit them all mature and skilled sooner in the field of business. Conforming to the principle of training, the personality will be a useful quality and impossible deflect from the mainstream.

Even in the realm of art, which pays more attention on the release of individuals’ plentiful personalities, students and scholars also should accept the traditional and basic training on the initial period of art life. Let us say, the perspective of solid in painting, the staff and feeling of rhythm in music and the force and skill of knife in sculpture is the essential to support their creativity. Standing on these basis, they will see further and achieve more.

To sum up, although personality will influence individual's academic work, the training will provide the base for realization of personality. If students or scholars ignore the training, they will not absorb the nutrients from the reality effectively. Even if they only depend on their personality to be successful without traning, their success is like the castle in the air and may collapse once their inspirations from the personalities are exhausted.

１题目中讨论的是人之所以看问题不一样，收个性影响大还是受　训练影响大，而你的观点似乎为要想取得成就训练比个性重　　要，我觉得跑了。
２再business方面，题目中的动词“interpret”应该做何理解？
  我想说如果我写这篇文章，我会讨论人对各种facts的解释是因个性还是训练而异，在科学方面涉及对自然现象的解释，艺术方面涉及对客观事物和主观意象的解释。当涉及经济领域时，人们会在解释什么时产生分歧呢？？

看了他们对于我的观点的看法。我自己其实实现也有点疑虑。


重新想了想。
关于这篇文章开始的理解，原先我也想从personality这里入手的。
后来参考了其他的文章。

觉得第一句话中有话。
“相对于训练而言，学者和学生在解释/理解他们相关学术领域的材料的方式更多的是性格使然。”
我觉得题目中有暗示的东西， 因为我是理科出身，马上想到了平时一直在做的实验，觉得这些都是很正统的反复的训练。讲究科学研究方法，得出结论。 所谓的personality，感觉就象是把自己接受过的training 重新排列组合，选择需要的手段。如果没有这些training 的话，personality的价值就难以发挥出来。


明天再看看前人的文章和观点。如果跑题了，只能再重写一把。

【实际上需要立论的是personality和traing两者孰对interpretion更有影响就可以了。文章结构上也可以很简单，比较一下两者对于表达的影响，很容易看出来孰是表，孰是本。
经过training以后的interpretion能反映事物的真实状态，而personality只是在interpret的同时加入的一些元素，对于主导的东西并没有改变，就像一棵树，卖相可以五花八门，可以有美有丑，但是数必定在有根、茎、叶这些既定的东西之后才能成为树。
