Arts are significant for human being in that they can refresh us from tired and make our life more colorful, everyone knows this. But here there is another problems related with it, that is who gives the society the art works of lasting value, whether the artist or the critic. As far as I am concerned, it is the artist who creates the ever-lasting value, however, the great importance of the critic should not be omitted.

No doubt, various kinds of art, such as novel, film, music, painting, etc, add hue to our daily life and have the lasting values, all of which are created by the creative mind of the artists. See the great works of maestro, like Shakespeare, Zhang Yimou, Beethoven, Vinci, etc, all of which have deep insight of the world and make us enjoyed ourselves from them. It is these masters’ heart and soul work brings the whole human being the enormous wealth. On the surface, all of these have no little relation with the critic, however, they play an even more important role in the process of creating and enjoying the lasting value.

Firstly, the critic' view to some extent help the artists retrospect to themselves deeply to bring up creative sparks. As we know, the critics evaluate as their work, they judge every art work and make judgment for it. Although some of their judgments are not perfect, even wrong, their opinion can make the artist to retrospect their creating process, then help them find the imperfect place and generate new creative sparks. Furthermore, the most important thing in the process of art creating is imagination, without which any valuable arts can not be created. As outsider, the critic' opinion is often from another aspects which is different from the artist's. So their views can help the artist get rid of thinking fetter and create more arts works of lasting value.

Besides, the critic can help establish objective standards to ensure the development of art on the right and conductive track to create more valuable works. Although the process of art creating is a creative course and too much restriction from so-called standards must restrict the artist to put forwards more creative woks, not excessive does not mean never. The art works that do harm to the moral basement of the society or express base idea should been banned without any hesitation

Finally, the critic also enables ordinary people to appreciate and understand the value of the art works, which is what art is largely dedicated to achieving. Most of the artists are full of imaginations, therefore, their works are full of imagination and far beyond the scope of ordinary people. Without the help of the evaluation of the critics, we can not appreciate the lasting value inside the art works.

In conclusion, when we realize the importance of the artist in the creating process of the valuable art works, we should also remember the even greater role the critic plays in inspiring the artists, conducting the art to right track, and help ordinary people to appreciate the value of arts. .

[B]你的TS看起来像写两个都重要但其实主要是写评论家的作用，所以建议你最好把对艺术家那一段那到最后，否则让人（这里指我）看的很郁闷，以为你要说艺术家重要，结果看拉200多字才知道根本不是这么回事儿。再一个就是你的表达要避免中国英语，虽然我们达不到英式思维但我们把所想的翻译过来的时候也最起码要信与达吧至于雅就不要求了。第三就是你的语法还是有不少问题的名词与动词的单复数要注意了。
