There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws.

Many people hold the viewpoint that there are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual should obey just laws while disobey unjust ones. As far as I am concerned, laws are set up to ensure the justice among human and stability of society. Although there are some unjust laws, the process of establishing and perfecting the law needs a long time.

To begin with, what is the purpose of establishing the laws? Since the human society was formed, laws, as a useful implement, was established accordingly. Laws are operated to keep society in a state of stability and ensure people live in a peaceful life. There is proverb of China going like this the princess should also be punished if he make a guilty. The meaning of proverb is that both princess and the common are treated fairly in front of the laws, if princess makes a guilty, without any privilege should he also be punished. In another aspect, because of rigor of laws people would not dare to break them, therefore, to some extent laws limit people's drastic actions and prevent some crimes from happening.  All of this is the real purpose of laws: Make every individual live a just life in human society.

Admittedly, in the early era of operating the laws, there may be some unjust aspects about them. Since laws are set up by human, without any experience it is evitable that there are some unfairness and mistakes in laws when it is firstly established. Laws need a long period to be perfected. In the process of operating laws, law executives will gradually find some unjust aspects when it refer to some cases, then they will make some revisions in time. In China, there are countless judicial explanations to laws, which are some clauses that give supplements and revisions to the unsuitable laws.

In modern society, a great number of people hold different opinions to laws. Some one will show unfair ideas to some clauses of laws because of individual prejudices. We should take a positive attitude to laws, meanwhile, it is ridiculous and dangerous for us to disobey and resist laws just because that you consider it to be unjust. As we all know, the quality of laws is compulsive and forcible. Once you break them, it is no doubt that you will be punished whatever excuse you have. There is a recent survey on some young criminals in the prisons, some of them regret what they have done, and their motivation is so ridiculous, for they do not satisfy with laws and show some prejudices to society.

To sum up, we should have clear cognition to laws. Laws is established to ensure the just of human society, sometimes, they embody some unjust aspects.  We could point out them while we could not disobey and resist laws, by this way, we can ensure the stability and development of society.

觉得逻辑上不是太清晰，
开始第一段谈“建立法律的目的就是让大家来服从的”
第二段又指出“不可避免地有不公平的法律”
第三段又指出“不能违反法律”。
觉得每段在说自己的，总体上的smooth没有感觉到，逻辑上不是太清晰。
可能是本来这个题目就比较难。
