我的第三篇，觉得还好，就是有点乱

限时写的，但是有一点点是写完以后花了十分钟修改，算是目前最乐观的一篇了。
   Because learning is not a solitary activity but one that requires collaboration among people, students of all ages will benefit academically if they work frequently in groups.

Not only the sports such as football game and basketball need to collaborate, but also the business, academic research or even state construction call for vast corporation. From the process of corporation we learn to respect, to take responsibility and to unite, which are all crucial not only in working field but also for the development of the personality. The learning process itself is not a solitary activity but one requires collaboration. While the collaboration is important in contemporary society, it is also crucial for students to develop an independent thinking ability and effective problem-solving capacity.
     The outstanding leaders, such as chief executive operator, captain or even President or chairman of a state, need the capacity of making decision independently, especially in the critical time of the group or nation. The President Roseville, for instance, was honored by the quick and effective decision-making capacity and strong will which he had revealed in the Second World War. He was considered one of the greatest leaders in history because of the capacity of dealing with the crucial and vital situation which was the most important part of leadership. Although the success of the defense in Second World War of United States was the fruit of all the officers and soldiers, of the President played the critical role with the independent and effective decision making ability in the success. If students work frequently in groups, there will be the possibility of developing many excellent members, but it will decrease the chance of cultivating students to be independent in front of difficulties and problems.
     The collaboration is just one aspect of the benefit of study; it is the independent thinking ability that the main aim of academic research. In the first place, some basic knowledge should be fully grasped and this aim cannot be fulfilled in group-working. We learn mathematics for logical thinking training, chemistry for experiment ability, language for abstract and critical thinking and so on, and all of these thinking abilities are basic and should be grasped independently. When taking collaboration in the process of learning these basic knowledge, it may cause students to grasp all of them insufficiently and one-sided because of the division of the task. In the second place, collaboration in some cases may prevent the development of innovation for the group working may scatter the task so as not to stimulate the curiosity and will of overcoming of students, which are spring of the creativity. What is more, the process of study itself is the challenge for students to face and solve problems so as to cultivate the strong will and confidence. This aim won't be realized if the collaboration is used in study too frequently.
     In addition, not students of all ages are fit of working in groups. Especially for some students who are too young to control themselves, the collaboration will make the boundary between corporation and cheating obscure, render the process of learning to be disorder so that decrease the study efficiency. In this case, collaboration will do harm, instead benefit of the learning of students.
     Admittedly, the collaboration is the important part of learning for the character of study itself and the need of contemporary society. To use the collaboration as the method of learning or not depends on the situation of students and subject itself.
