Education is a hot word in this age, in which science and technology play essential roles. The insight in-depth to education raise a serious problem, should education be leave solely to a group of professional educators or is it necessary that both parents and communities are involved in the local schools for boosting the education. I feel the latter is true in this age. Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools for boosting the quality of education besides the endeavors of professional educators.

To begin with, to assure the students accepting the instructions imparted by the teacher or educators in the school, the parents and communities should be involved in the schools.  The students lived in the family, and cannot go beyond the community environment. The parents' values and behaviors would influence the students a lot.  What happens in the community similarly result in some impacts to the students more or less. If the parents and communities go apart from the local schools, it is highly possible that some instructions from teachers and educators conflict with parents' behaviors or public affairs of communities, consequently the students would be confused in this situation. The students are taught , for instance, to respect the olders in the school, but they see someone often take the seats in the public places though some olders have no seats, then the students would regard the instructions from school are false since the opposite instances often happen in their communities.

Furthermore, to promote the quality of education calls for the parents and communities involving in the local school, which especially applies to the elementary schools. One essential manner to promote the quality of education is the sufficient feedback to the teachers in order to improve their teaching. How the teacher can get accurate feedback? Generally speaking, the students of low-age cannot convey their performance exactly to the teacher, even they do not know what is their own strongness and weakness in the knowledge imparted in the school. But the parents can judge accurately through their observation to the students in the family, and accordingly feed back to the school. For example, if a student has an awful reading ability, the parents can get this information easily from the observation to the student, and feed back to the teacher to boost and emphasize the reading skills for the student.

In addition, some regulations and management in the school must consider the advice of parents or community for the more convenient teaching. For example, it is likely that there are some special habits in a community, such as getting up late, or some taboo in the diets, and accordingly the school should not start the class too early in the morning and provide these diets in the dinning-room.

In sum, the education has something to with the educator as well as parents and community. The instructions from school can be accepted by the students only with the endeavors of parents and communities. In addition, the quality of teaching cannot be improved if apart from the participating of parents and communities. In the final analysis, the effectiveness of school regulations and management calls for the consideration for the parents and community.
