People are mistaken when they assume that the problems they confront are more complex and challenging than the problems faced by their predecessors. This illusion is eventually dispelled with increased knowledge and experience.

People often hold the opinions that the problems they confront are more complicated and more challenging than the problems faced by their predecessors; they claim that, the problems are based on the former ones that have already touched by their predecessors. Is it really the case? From my point of view, none of the problems are absolutely difficult; they can be solved eventually with increased knowledge and experience.

With retrospect to the rivers of history, we can easily find that some of the problems or precocious wizard that what might be that time's wild dreams would be next near year's normal things.  When the ancient men observed the rain falling from the sky, they thought it was the tears of the God, and to some extent, they supposed it was holly and we human being could not interfere with. Yet, after they learned some knowledge pertaining to this field, they knew it was due to the physical and chemical interactions of certain materials that caused the rain fall. And in light of this, they learned to produce artificial raining to some drought areas. As a consequence, that illusion could be eventually dispelled with their increased knowledge and experience.

In modern society, people often tried to utilize their wisdom to deal with some difficult problems, though some of these were truly abstruse to them. Take the calculation of doing research for an illustration. When experts were carrying out some experiments of their research, they confronted some requirements of precise and quick calculation, some of which, if really did in reality, would need thousands of years. They invented the tool of computer to take this role, and it was evidenced that it really took effects and did benefit them a lot.

However, it is hard to assert whether today's problems are more complex than the ones faced by our predecessors. Usually a new problem discovered in a specific field is relatively difficult because there is no reference to take into, no experts to consult with. Yet, we should learn in heart that with the rapidly changing society, we would face more complicated problems than our predecessors, and we also should believe that most of them can be sure to solved with our broad views and increased knowledge. At the least, we could make these problems easier to our afterworlds.

So in conclusion, we should not be dread of the problems we confront today, and have enough courage to take a try, whenever it is effective or efficient. Hold the belief that some unthinkable illusions would eventually dispelled with our broad knowledge and experience.
